Data Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our this role you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Youll collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives build intuitive dashboards and deliver impactful analyses.
Gather requirements and translate business questions into clear reporting and analyses
Collect clean and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
Execute data analysis to surface trends drivers and actionable insights to inform decisions
Present analyses and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Communicate progress key results and potential risks to stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Research and prototype new analytical techniques tools and data visualization approaches
Execute exploratory and diagnostic analyses to uncover patterns correlations and root causes
Manage data integrity through continuous quality checks and documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas best practices and new tools/techniques
Diploma in Business and Advanced Analytics from NBCC or equivalent 2-year Data Analytics program
Experience with data modeling and visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar
Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python R MATLAB or DAX
Solid understanding of statistical methods and familiarity with machine learning concepts
Knowledge of databases data warehousing and data cubes is considered an asset
