Front Desk Administration Assistant

A large global accounting firm here in Ducan BC is seeking a top receptionist to work in their office. We are looking for a solid receptionist.

Opportunity: contract temporary to permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday, between 8:30am - 4:30pm. Some paid overtime might be required.

Weekly pay of $22/hour+, with a strong possibility of overtime pay

• Work with a prestigious firm in the field of accounting
• Reception and front of office work
• Checking T1 Software for status changes
• Correlating tax returns, saving as .Compiling Client package tax return for DocuSign & SFT (Secure File Transfer)
• Preparation of letters and reports using firm templates in compliance with Firm standards (billing)
• Proof-read, review for quality and verify content before finalizing any client deliverables
• Assisting with mail delivery, and other office distribution duties
• Assisting with faxing, filing, typing and other office duties as required
• Assisting Office Manager and Administrative Team with various ad hoc duties
• Electronic file and database management

Completion of a recognized administration/office program;

• Previous administrative support experience is essential;
• Working in a professional services environment would be a valuable asset;
• Proficiency with MS Office 2007 or 2010 applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook;
• Takes initiative, takes direction and works well independently;
