Handle personal injury, class action, and civil litigation files from opening to closing
Draft and review correspondence, pleadings, and notices
Schedule appointments, trials, case planning conferences, and other legal proceedings
Assign tasks to legal assistants and schedulers as necessary
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and legal document preparation
Must be a licensed paralegal
