Senior Financial Analyst
This is a standout opportunity for a hands-on, analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join a fast-growing technology organization and play a key role in financial planning, performance analysis, and business intelligence.

Their Finance organization is evolving quickly, embracing analytics and modernized reporting to support business decisions at scale. The Role This is a true FP&A-focused Senior Financial Analyst role with direct exposure to leadership and cross-functional partners. You’ll support planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic business analysis while helping drive insights across the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align GTM strategies with financial goals. Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly performance reviews, translating budget-to-actual variances into actionable insights and recommendations.
Strategic Financial Planning: Support the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models for GTM initiatives, aligning with revenue and operational goals.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports highlighting key variances, risks, and opportunities.
Evaluate the return on investment of GTM initiatives and provide recommendations for optimizing spend and resource allocation.
Process Improvement: The Candidate: You’re a curious, detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working with data and influencing business outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business analysis.
- Experience in high-growth, SaaS, or technology environments, investment banking, or financial consulting is an asset.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Excel, Google Workspace, Pigment, or similar).
- Compensation: $111,400 – $131,000 + Equity, depending on experience and qualifications.
