Who We Are Taiv is a fast-growing tech startup located in Winnipeg, Canada. Taiv uses AI to make business TV more fun, engaging, profitable, and easier to manage, starting with bars and restaurants. We've built proprietary tech that uses computer vision to watch live TV and improve the content with contextually-aware commercials, content, and games. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team!

This role owns the day-to-day execution of Taiv's marketing output. You'll work directly with the Marketing Manager to keep sales collateral sharp and consistent, run our social media presence, and make sure every external touchpoint looks and feels like Taiv. You'll plan and execute in-person events, build decks and packages that help salespeople close deals, and take on projects end-to-end once you've been trained on our standards. Marketing at Taiv touches all sides of the business: the venues we work with, the brands that advertise through us, and our product team. If you're a creative person who wants to build a brand from the inside rather than manage someone else's, this is a good place to do it.

Build sales enablement materials that give salespeople everything they need to close: decks, packages, one-pagers, and any other collateral that makes the pitch tighter and more consistent.

Own our social media channels across Instagram and LinkedIn. Managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across paid media platforms such as Google Ads, social media, etc.

Work autonomously on projects after receiving direction from the Marketing Manager, handling execution without needing hand-holding.

Support broader marketing initiatives as needed, filling in wherever the Marketing Manager needs capacity freed up.

You pick things up fast and work without supervision. You adapt when priorities shift, timelines change, or you get thrown into something unfamiliar. 2-4 years of experience in a marketing, content, or communications role

• Demonstrated ability to produce polished creative work: decks, graphics, social content, or similar
• Comfortable with SEO and GEO tools and workflows
• Experience managing or posting to brand social accounts (Instagram and/or LinkedIn required)
• Web design ability is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent preferred
• Experience with AI tools for content or creative work
