Business Development Manager, International Markets

Publicis Groupe

Lead Zenith’s Canadian new business pitches with project management and polished written communication. Coordinate local and global teams across markets.

As Business Development Manager within Publicis Media Canada, you will centralize support for Zenith-led Canadian pitches. You will develop RFI and RFP responses, coordinate pitch collateral, and support client transitions. The work requires cross-media planning, digital and programmatic knowledge, and collaboration across Publicis Media and Publicis Groupe.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead local Zenith new business pitches

Develop RFI, RFP responses, and pitch collateral

Coordinate international support for global pitches

Transition and onboard new clients

Manage award submissions and agency reporting

Requirements:

Two to three years of relevant professional experience

Experience supporting new business pitches

Cross-media planning experience; digital preferred

Microsoft Suite and Copilot experience

Strong project management and organizational skills

Bring pitch leadership, cross-media planning, and stakeholder coordination skills to Zenith’s Canadian Business Development team.
