Directeur régional - Unité d'affaires Animaux de ferme
Le poste de Directeur régional des ventes pour les animaux de ferme dirigera l'équipe régionale des ventes afin d'atteindre les objectifs de ventes régionales et les objectifs organisationnels pour positionner le vaste portefeuille de produits de notre entreprise. Préparer et mettre en œuvre un plan d'affaires régional complet, en veillant à une application cohérente des programmes produits et à l'atteinte des objectifs de ventes.
Impact direct sur la performance de l'unité d'affaires grâce à des compétences solides en leadership et en gestion.
Surveiller la performance de l'équipe, suivre les indicateurs clés et fournir des rapports réguliers au Directeur de l'unité d'affaires Bétail et au Directeur des comptes clés et de la technologie.
Analyser les données de ventes et les rapports MS pour identifier des opportunités pour l'équipe de vente et élaborer les plans d'affaires associés.
Fournir un coaching et des retours continus; réaliser des évaluations formelles et informelles de performance. Travailler en collaboration avec les vétérinaires des services techniques, les opérations commerciales, le service client et les autres directeurs régionaux.
Diplôme universitaire (baccalauréat) requis.
Connaissances techniques, produits et marché.
Mentalité orientée part de marché, axée sur le potentiel plutôt que sur les résultats.
Gestion de territoire et d'affaires.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, compétences en présentation et en analyse.
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Connaissance des produits et de l'industrie des animaux de ferme.
Expérience préalable en ventes dans le domaine de la santé animale ou humaine.
La maîtrise du français est requise (pour les candidats basés au Québec uniquement).
Conformément à la Stratégie de milieu de travail hybride de notre entreprise, ce poste sera exécuté au moyen d'une combinaison de travail à distance et de travail en personne (siège social de Kirkland) en fonction de la nature du travail à effectuer.

Regional Manager - Farm Animal Business Unit
The Farm Animal Regional Sales Manager position will lead the Regional Farm Animal sales team to accomplish regional sales goals and organizational objectives to position our company's broad product portfolio. Prepares and implements a comprehensive region business plan, ensuring consistent product program implementation and sales goal attainment.
Direct impact on business unit performance through strong leadership and management skills.
Monitoring team performance, tracking key metrics, and providing regular reports to the Director Livestock Business Unit and Director of Key Accounts and Technology.
Analyzing sales data and MS reports to identify opportunities for the sales team and the development of associated business plans.
Talent management for the attraction, retention and motivation of regional sales team.
Manages, coaches and provides direction to the sales team; Provides ongoing coaching and feedback; conducts formal and informal performance reviews. Works cross functionally with Technical Services Veterinarians, business operations, customer service and other regional managers.
Collaborates with key account and technology teams to implement programs, services and product placements.
Bachelor's Degree required.

Leadership and building strong teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Must be available for extensive overnight travel (50%).
Farm animal product and industry knowledge.
Previous experience in the animal health or human health sales is preferred.
Fluency in French is required (for candidates based in Quebec only).
