Senior Social Media Content Creator (Full-time remote)

We’re not looking for someone who can manage a content calendar. We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands why some content stops people mid-scroll and most doesn’t — and is a bit frustrated when they see the latter. You’ll own social media for a portfolio of ambitious clients — from the positioning conversation through to execution. Our video team and creative director are genuinely excellent. You’ve grown accounts from near zero to meaningful engagement and you can explain exactly why it worked — not just that it did

• You find bad content genuinely irritating because you can immediately see what’s wrong with it and what it should have been
• You have a genuine point of view on what makes content work — and you’re willing to defend it
