Front Desk Administration Assistant

The Client Administration function is a vital part of the firm's Business Enablement Services and is focused on achieving client service excellence by delivering timely, high quality service, and encouraging an environment that increases both the staff and client experience.
You will sit at reception and greet clients as well as provide ongoing support to your fellow team members. We offer flexible scheduling options and welcome applications from candidates interested in part-time work.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact to employees and clients coming through the office and will provide administrative support to partners, team mates and clients through the following tasks:
Receive and direct phone calls
Provide support to the administrative department, including data entry, filing, etc.
Advanced skills with MS Office and Adobe products. Proficiency to quickly learn proprietary software
Excellent communication skills in French & English
Good administrative competences
