Café Barista

We are a small, community-focused café offering high-quality coffee along with fresh salads, sandwiches, soups, and breakfast and lunch options. We take pride in providing warm, consistent service and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a reliable and motivated barista to join our team. This role combines customer service responsibilities and requires someone who is comfortable multitasking while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all products
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Take customer orders and process payments (POS system)
Previous experience as a barista and/or cook is an asset
Strong customer service and communication skills
