Customer Service Specialist (Service)

Bourassa & Sons, a Redhead Equipment Company, has an exciting career opportunity for a Service Administrator in our Weyburn branch.

The Service Advisor is the heartbeat of the fast-moving and busy Service Department. Working closely with the Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager, this role is responsible for providing administrative support, assisting customers, and ensuring repair orders and estimates move smoothly from the initial call through to completion and payment.

Managing and maintaining work orders and service estimates from start to finish

• Supporting the Service Department with administrative and accounting-related tasks
• Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Maintaining organized service department records and filing systems
• Assisting customers with inquiries and processing payments

A friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills

• Attention to detail and strong computer skills (typing, spreadsheets, and word processing)
• Administrative experience is considered an asset, however we are excited to train the right individual who fits well within our team and is eager to grow within our organization.
