Individual Giving Fundraising Manager

Endo Networks is an experiential marketing company specializing in connecting brands with customers through impactful interactions. We are currently looking for a Fundraiser to represent our client, engaging with the public primarily in Mississauga, and inspiring people to support the Foundation's healthcare initiatives.

As a Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you will be responsible for creating engaging experiences to connect with potential donors and secure contributions in support of the Foundation's various programs. You will be part of a dynamic team that seeks to raise awareness about the vital work undertaken by the Foundation. Your passion for the cause and exceptional interpersonal skills will drive the success of this fundraising campaign.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-4pm or 12pm-6pm as required + occasional weekends
Utilize innovative and creative marketing strategies to capture the public's attention and generate interest in the Foundation's mission.
Initiate meaningful conversations with individuals to educate them about the Foundation's initiatives and the impact of their donations.
Inspire Action: Inspire potential donors by sharing stories and testimonials of individuals whose lives have been positively impacted by the Foundation's programs.
Meet Fundraising Goals: Work towards achieving ambitious fundraising targets, contributing to the campaign's overall success and the Foundation's mission.
A genuine passion for social causes.
Engaging Communicator: Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the Foundation's message compellingly and persuasively.
Demonstrated ability to set and meet fundraising targets, delivering results, and making a significant impact.
Adaptability : Willingness to work in various public locations and adapt to different environments to reach potential donors effectively.
Display empathy and sensitivity when discussing the Foundation.
22/hr + an hourly bonus for a total compensation of $26/hr
