As Branch Manager, you will lead a high-performing team while overseeing all day-to-day branch operations. You will be accountable for driving sales growth, profitability, market share, and asset management results across the branch.
Leading and developing branch employees to build an engaged, motivated, and performance-driven team
Managing branch financial performance, including account receivables in collaboration with credit leadership
Identifying new market segments and growth opportunities by monitoring customer activity, industry trends, and competitive pressures
Ensuring excellence in customer service through continuous client feedback and process improvement
Representing the business at industry trade shows, conventions, and professional organizations
Supporting performance management initiatives focused on employee growth and long-term business success
Providing input on future opportunities, risks, and competitive positioning
5+ years of experience in the heavy equipment industry
- 3–5 years of experience in a progressively responsible management or leadership role
- A strong work ethic with a commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Post-secondary education (considered an asset)
