Graduate Software Development Engineer

This opportunity offers hands-on experience designing, implementing, and validating software solutions that contribute to optical and Ethernet networking initiatives. The role provides exposure to embedded software development, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.
Design and implement embedded, real-time software solutions for telecommunications systems.
Write and test software code to ensure functionality.
Participate in testing activities during release cycles for delivered features.
Collaborate with design teams to develop on-switch applications and OAM software features supporting Optical/Ethernet-based initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: Previous internship, co-op, or applied project experience relevant to the role.
Proficiency in embedded C programming.
Proficiency in Python development.
Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Go, or BASH.
Knowledge of real-time software/firmware development and Linux-based development environments.
Familiarity with YANG modeling language and toolchains.
Interest in automation and testing practices.
