Heres your Shores is launching our next Table Games Dealer School on January 5th 2025. This paid hands-on training program is designed to teach you the skills and confidence you need to become a successful Table Games Dealer - No prior experience required.
Dealer School is facilitated by experienced Table Games leadership in a supportive structured learning environment with plenty of time to practice ask questions and build confidence.
Dealer School: paid at minimum wage
After training: $Wage is adjusted after successful completion of you table test and throughout your shadow period. Training Schedule
January 5 - 31 2025
Saturdays: 7:00pm-11:00pm - Optional Practice Lab
Week 4: Testing additional coaching as needed
Final Test Day: January 31st
Training Covers:
During training and once certified youll learn to:
Deliver accurate mental math chip handling and game procedures
Maintain game integrity and follow casino policies
No experience No problem. Have customer service or hospitality experience
Casino experience (asset)
Speak multiple languages (asset)
