We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused, relationship-building and results-oriented person to come on board as our Financial Services Associate at our Lloydminster Service Centre, Lloydminster, SK location. As a full-time Financial Services Associate, you are responsible for understanding our members’ financial goals and supporting their achievement through the provision of sound financial advice. This includes the offering and fulfillment of financial services and products to new and existing non-portfolio aligned members. Provide account, investment and lending products, within scope of position, to meet member needs:

Memberships and accounts including lines of credit

Consumer investment products (excluding mutual funds)

Mobile banking solutions

Day to day banking needs

Conduct proactive outreach activities to educate members and prospective members on the value and function of our products and services

Adhere to security and operational policies, procedures and operational controls

Ensure healthy balance between opportunity & risk and between growth & profitability (e.g. through understanding and application of profitability margins in rate negotiation, fee subsidies, etc.)

Positively represent Conexus externally to support the growth of our membership and to enhance credit union system support and collaboration

1 to 2 years of Financial Industry Experience in an Advisory Capacity

• Experience in a Sales position is considered an asset
• Completion of or working towards the Financial Planner and Personal Financial Services Advice designations and/or Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) would be considered an asset

55,276 - $77,117 with 7.5% Short Term Incentive Target

Placement within these levels is dependent on experience and education.
