Financial Management Officer, Accounting

What Youll Do
Support and oversee accounting operations (AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end support)
Review financial statements and ensure accurate, timely reporting
Monitor cash flow and key performance metrics
Data entry as required
Lead corporate financial reviews, including ROI analysis on projects/initiatives
Build and improve management reporting (dashboards, KPI tracking, variance analysis)
Identify efficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements
Support budgeting/forecasting and provide clear recommendations to leadership
Strong accounting experience with controller-level responsibilities (or ready to step into it)
Confident with financial analysis and translating numbers into actionable insights
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Comfortable improving systems/processes (not just maintaining them)
Property management/real estate accounting experience are assets.
In-office position (Regina)
3035 hours per week (some flexibility on hours)
