Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Document processes, configurations, and workflows for future reference.

A successful Application Developer (MS D365) should have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 application development and customization.
Knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset.
A background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Competitive salary ranging from $85000 to $95000 CAD.
