Part-Time Education Coordinator Wanted Are you a passionate educator ready to make a lasting impact? Oxford Learning Forest Hill is hiring a French speaking Education Coordinator who wants more than just a job—we're looking for someone eager to grow with us long term.
Start this summer by mastering Oxford Learning’s teaching philosophy through hands-on tutoring, and transition into a leadership role in the fall as part of our academic coordination team.
About the Role This is a part-time in-person position (25-30 hours/week to start) based at our Forest Hill centre. You’ll begin by supporting students primarily in English and French subjects, and over time, take on coordinator responsibilities such as supporting staff, meeting with parents, and helping manage academic programming. Additional hours may be available based on centre needs and your availability.
Relocation packages are not available. Deliver engaging instruction in French and English for students from preschool to high school.
Assess French language skills and tailor instruction to student needs.
Learn and apply Oxford Learning’s unique cognitive teaching methods. Our coordinators are responsible for modeling how to use our curriculum, and coaching fellow teachers on strategies for different learners which you will develop through practice.
Help organize student schedules and maintain clear communication with families.
Contribute to the growth of our French language program.
Education : University degree completed or in progress (Education, Languages, or Social Sciences preferred).
Languages : Strong English proficiency required; ability to converse in French and solid French grammar knowledge highly valued.
Familiarity with Oxford Learning or similar programs is an asset.
Leadership qualities and a self-starter attitude are key.
