Winery Hosts to join our team for the 2026 season (mid-April/May to mid-October). As a Winery Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and engaged from arrival to departure. You’ll share our brand story, guide guests through memorable tasting experiences, and assist with purchases, wine shipments, and exclusive offerings.

Assist with clearing, resetting tables, restocking inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace

Guide guests through purchases, packaging wines, and organizing shipments

Handle cash transactions and balance registers at the start and end of each shift

Offer local recommendations and assist with guest inquiries

Address customer concerns with professionalism, escalating issues as needed

1-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or wine service (Hosting experience preferred)

• Wine education is an asset (WSET Level 2/3, ISG/CAPS, or CMS certification)
• Strong knowledge of local BC wines and wineries, including our sister estates
• Enthusiasm for wine and the ability to create a fun, engaging guest experience

Flexibility availability, including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, often in summer temperatures up to 40°

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (cases of wine) and stand for extended periods
