Today’s renewal process is often reactive, with brokers focusing on clients who request help rather than adopting a proactive, data-driven approach. This allows brokerages to retain more business, enhance client and staff experiences, reduce E&O risk, and boost sales through upselling and cross-selling.

We’re looking for a customer-obsessed, systems-minded Enterprise Implementation Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be the quarterback for onboarding strategic brokerage partners—aligning stakeholders, defining success metrics, managing deployment timelines, and ensuring user adoption.You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, CS, and Sales to ensure our customers have a seamless, high-impact implementation experience. Lead end-to-end onboarding of enterprise customers (Epic/BMS or Policy Works experience a plus)
Own implementation lifecycle from contract signature to go-live
Build project plans, align technical/business requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations
Deliver high-touch onboarding experiences that drive adoption and long-term success
Build repeatable implementation playbooks, training assets, and workflows
Track implementations in HubSpot, Asana, Google Sheets; Manage risks, dependencies, and timelines across cross-functional stakeholders
Be a product feedback loop—document customer pain points and enhancement opportunities
Advocate for customers and their use cases in roadmap planning
5–10 years experience in enterprise SaaS implementation or customer onboarding

• Epic, Policy Works), insurance tech, or digital transformation
• Track record of cross-functional project management—bonus for Asana, HubSpot, or Linear experience
• Experience running structured implementations for mid-to-large brokerages or agencies
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences

The law of increasing functional information states that systems evolve to become more complex over time. The range for base pay is $120,000 to $140,000 CAD which is dependent on level of experience, performance and choice of stock option compensation
