Full-Time Hotel Night Auditor

Aloft Montreal Airport has an existing vacancy for a Night Auditor who can bring a new perspective to our offering. The ideal candidate has prior hotel experience, preferably in Front Office operations and understands the role and responsibilities of working Night Audit. Education Reimbursement for you (and your children!)
Team Building Events
Reporting to the Front Office Manager or designate, you will:
Provide excellent customer service to all guests;
Answer all incoming phone calls and process new reservations;
Adhere to all department and Company policies and procedures;
Ensure guest security by proper handling of guest room keys and personal information;
Administer all night audit functions;
Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly;
Ensure that all daily transactions are reconciled and accounted for in accordance with set policies and procedures;

Prior hotel experience in Front Office operations is a must;
French language proficiency an asset;
Passion for customer service, enthusiastic, detail oriented, computer literate, fast learner;
Proficient using a computer, good knowledge of excel and basic accounting principles;
Ability to work with minimal supervision;
Able to stand for an 8-hour shift;
Must be able to work evenings and overnights including weekends and holidays;
Shift will be 11:00pm to 7:00 am, must be flexible from 9:00pm to 9:00am.
