Lead Service Technician

Diagnose, repair, and maintain bikes and fitness equipment, including assembly, tuning, inspections, and part replacement.

• Support the service department by helping with inventory, workflow, and keeping the workspace organized.
• Handle off-site service calls and equipment deliveries, including setup, minor repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Front counter work, including processing customer transactions through the POS system

Experience working with bicycles and/or fitness equipment is an asset.

• Valid driver’s license for service calls and equipment deliveries.
• Fluent in English with clear and professional communication skills.
