Nanny, Full-Time

Gurinder, a welcoming family in Calgary, Alberta, is currently searching for a dedicated and caring nanny to join our household. We are specifically looking for someone experienced in working with primary school-aged children. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to ensuring our children are well-cared for in a nurturing environment.

This is a full-time, live-out position that offers a competitive wage of $22.00 per hour. As a vital part of our family, you will be responsible for managing daily routines, including school pick-ups, homework assistance, and engaging in fun and educational activities. Your role will also involve meal preparation and light housekeeping duties related to the children.

• Travel with family on short trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
• Bathe, dress and feed the child
• Keep the child disciplined according to the methods requested by the parents.
• Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
• Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding the child.
• Organize, activities such as games and outings for the child.
• Tend to emotional well-being of the child.
• Help child with homework.

Some flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends

Secondary school completion (high school diploma)

• Minimum one year of full-time childcare experience with infants
• Criminal record check required
