This individual will play a significant leadership role, reporting directly to the CFO, working closely with the CEO and ownership, overseeing diverse financial operations.

Oversee financial reporting, management reporting, and statement preparation across multiple business units.
Lead management of accounting functions, ensuring compliance with internal controls, risk management, and regulatory standards.
Partner with operational teams and senior leadership to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
Support the implementation of best practices in financial controls, compliance, and process optimization.
Contribute to corporate governance and facilitate board reporting and communication.

Experience with financial statement preparation, management reporting, and internal controls.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
