Execute company strategy at the district level and ensure consistent sales performance.
build strong succession pipelines.
Review P&L for all Profit Centers and adjust strategy to improve performance.
Optimize fleet mix, pricing, service programs, and utilization.
Business Acumen
Evaluate store performance and take corrective action to achieve targets.
Manage district cost structures to maximize profitability.
Sales & Customer Experience
Partner with customers to understand market conditions and strengthen market share.
Build a culture of coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Mentor Profit Center Managers, Sales Representatives, and trainees in JumpStart/QuickStart programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred (or equivalent experience)
Proven leadership experience managing multi‑site teams
Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance‑management skills
Comfortable working in indoor/outdoor environments; Ability to travel up to 75% across the district

Total compensation package includes base pay plus robust bonus plan.
