As a Wild Fork Retail Store Associate aka Sales Leader you are enthusiastic and passionate about Customers and Wild Fork products. You will be trained to have the highest level of product knowledge to provide customers with recommendations on their favorite dish and protein.
Become a product and culinary expert (Friendly Butcher & Personal Chef) by educating and giving full effort to provide great recipes and tips on how to pick products and cook.
White glove service throughout customer shopping journey and check-out process; Perform regular stock replenishment duties product rotation store standards consistent presentable conditions and housekeeping.
Process customer e-commerce online orders (Pick & Pack) and oversee timely product hand out for deliveries.
Must be able to work in an ambient and very cold environment (Freezer) Push/Pull pallets and racks receive organize process shipments and perform monthly inventory/cycle counts.
Ensure proper inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability
3 years of customer service experience in retail brand hospitality or restaurant
~ Available to work a flex schedule working a variety of hours which can include early mornings evenings weekends and holidays if required.
