Administrateur système informatique Junior (H/F)

L’Administrateur Système Junior sera responsable de soutenir un environnement TI d’environ une quarantaine d’utilisateurs, tout en administrant Office 365/SharePoint, en assurant la sécurité opérationnelle et en contribuant à l’amélioration continue des systèmes et à des initiatives BI émergentes.
PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT
- Assurer le support technique niveau 1-2 et résoudre les demandes utilisateurs
- Gérer les billets de support, documenter les actions et prioriser les interventions
- Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes, imprimantes et équipements AV
- Former, accompagner et sensibiliser les utilisateurs aux outils TI
- Administrer Office 365/SharePoint : comptes, groupes, permissions et politiques
- Contribuer aux bonnes pratiques de sécurité, mises à jour, sauvegardes et MFA
- Participer à l’intégration et au départ des employés et préparer le matériel requis
- Appuyer l’implantation et l’optimisation de systèmes et d’outils analytiques
PROFIL
- 3+ années d’expérience en tant qu’administrateur système polyvalent
- Expérience en environnement Windows, Office 365, SharePoint et appareils mobiles
- Bonnes connaissances en sécurité TI, sauvegardes, MFA et conformité (atout)
- Aisance à communiquer, vulgariser et accompagner des utilisateurs moins techniques
- Habileté à rédiger des procédures claires et à structurer une documentation TI
- Intérêt pour l’intelligence d’affaires et les outils analytiques tels que Power BI (atout)
- Maîtrise de la gestion des accès, permissions et processus d’onboarding/offboarding
- Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et excellente approche service client
- DEC en informatique ou l’équivalent
- Bilinguisme (Français requis, Anglais requis )
