The Care Group (“TCG”) offers high quality residential care and senior living across our eight homes in the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.

We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to join our friendly team at Lakeshore Care Center.
Schedule: Four (4) days on, two (2) days off rotation. Two (2) day shifts (7:00 a.m. – followed by two (2) afternoon shifts (3:00 p.m. – Term: Temporary – Part-time Maternity Leave Coverage (12 months)
Resident admissions, discharges and transfers
Resident assessments and care planning
Administration of medications, treatments and wound care
Liaises with physicians, families and other members of the care team
Delegates tasks to unregulated care providers
Participates in Care Conferences and Medication reviews.
Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
Fluent in English both verbal and written
Previous experience in Long Term Care Preferred
Proof of Vaccination
Lakeshore Care Centre is centrally located in the Como Lake community of Coquitlam, B.56 licensed residential care beds; 35 Fraser Health subsidized care beds and 21 private pay. Care beds are primarily single occupancy with limited double occupancy available. Our rooms are both private and semi-private. Our home is conveniently one story and has large outdoor patios where many activities are held throughout the spring and summer months. Lakeshore Care Center works in collaboration with the Fraser Health Authority.
