Estimator (Construction Company)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join a leading construction firm specializing in large-scale ICI developments. You will manage the entire estimating lifecycle, from performing intricate quantity take-offs to analyzing subcontractor bids and identifying project risks. You will act as a key collaborator between leadership and project teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and long-term financial success.

- Cost Analysis: Execute precise quantity take-offs and develop cost estimates for labor, equipment, and materials across diverse project phases.
- Solicit and negotiate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, performing deep-dive scope comparisons to ensure total coverage.
- Risk Mitigation: Partner with Preconstruction and Project Management teams to align estimates with field execution strategies and participate in post-project reviews.
Educational Background: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural Technology.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of estimating experience specifically within a general contracting firm, focusing on commercial or industrial sectors.
