Knowledge of basic foundry principles is an asset, but what matters most is your ability to guide a team, plan ahead, and help them achieve world-class results.
You will drive meaningful change by ensuring employees feel seen, supported, and equipped to succeed.
You’ll help refine and elevate our VSOPs, update work instructions, strengthen development plans for foundry personnel, and enhance our safety, quality, and production systems to support continued improvement.
