THE FLATS
- Prepare and cook breakfast items such as eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and breakfast sandwiches according to recipes and standards.
- Set up and stock the breakfast station before service (prep ingredients, sauces, and garnishes).
- Ensure food is cooked and presented to quality and portion standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Monitor food levels and communicate low stock to the kitchen manager or supervisor
- Properly store and label food items according to health guidelines
- Assist with prep work for the next shift as needed
- Work efficiently during busy breakfast rush periods to ensure timely service
- Follow all company policies and kitchen procedures
