GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

If you are selected to move forward the next stage may include a live or virtual movement screen. The Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for providing a high quality engaging and motivating
Provides instruction of a high quality safe and enjoyable experience that embodies the essence of the programming assigned and meets GoodLifes standard of delivery in all Group Fitness classes that serves to sustain and/or increase class participation.
Promotes/supports all Group Experience programming by encouraging continued participation in their classes and other classes on the schedule to increase Member engagement and adherence in Group Experience programming.
Shares guidance recommendations and information about all Club services to best serve the needs of the Members by staying informed of information they can be speaking to during their classes.
Sources/downloads class music to personal devices for use when teaching.
Learns new release material & scripting if applicable.
Stays up to date with any education or changes in programming as required.
Stays informed about information relative to their Club that they can promote in their classes to help inform Members when required.
and seeks ways to help ensure positive Member experiences and participation in Group Experience programming.

Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers.
