Software development engineer (F/M)
Decor Cabinets Ltd
Decor is seeking a Software Developer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and high‑quality software solutions that support both internal teams and customer‑facing systems. This role plays a key part in shaping application architecture, applying modern development practices, and mentoring junior developers—while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Design, develop, and maintain internal and customer‑facing applications and system integrations
Own solution architecture with a focus on scalability, security, performance, and long‑term maintainability
Apply validation, quality assurance, and security design throughout the development lifecycle
Clearly communicate technical concepts, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Continuous Learning & Improvement
Stay current with modern development languages, frameworks, platforms, and industry trends
Apply new knowledge to improve solution quality, innovation, and delivery efficiency
Mentor and guide junior developers in both technical and professional growth
Delegate work thoughtfully to support team development and project timelines
Recommend training, learning resources, and educational opportunities for the team
Technical & Professional Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, very strong English skills
Experience in database design and data normalization
NET technologies and modern web languages
A mindset focused on continuous improvement and adding value through new ideas
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
~5+ years of professional software development experience
