Identify and solve complex technical challenges related to performance, scalability, and system reliability.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
Scale the end-to-end data foundation stack to support 10M+ transactions per user.
Develop a long-term engineering vision aligned with business goals.
Tackle the most challenging technical problems and provide guidance on trade-offs and optimal solutions.
Contribute to code reviews and architectural discussions.
Mentor engineers fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.
Stay ahead of industry trends, introduce new technologies, and align engineering efforts with business objectives.
