Nous cherchons notre futur Conseiller en gestion du changement senior pour rejoindre nos équipes.
Participer à l’élaboration de diverses stratégies (ex. : gestion du changement et mise en œuvre) ainsi que les contenus afférents (ex. : communications, procédures et aide-mémoires).
Participer à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de communication et de gestion du changement en collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes associées au processus.
Collaborer étroitement avec les conseillers en gestion du changement et en communication de client et les gestionnaires concernés.
Soutenir les gestionnaires dans la gestion de leurs équipes pendant la période de transition.
Proposer une organisation du travail en assurant un continuum entre la transformation visée et les opérations courantes.
Proposer des approches innovantes et des interventions concrètes et adaptées à chaque situation et au contexte organisationnel.
Prendre en charge d’autres travaux relevant d’un conseiller en gestion du changement.
Dix années d’expérience à titre de conseiller en gestion du changement.
Un mandat d’un minimum de 220 j-p à titre de conseiller en gestion du changement lors d’une transformation organisationnelle au cours des cinq dernières années :
Deux mandats comprenant l’élaboration de rapports et de présentations reliées à la gestion du changement auprès de comités de direction ou de gestion.
