A deep passion for executing challenging technology development and test programs.
A proven ability to excel in entrepreneurial environments with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in 3D design software such as Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks and in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of mechanical components.
Hands-on experience with prototyping mechanical technologies.
Knowledge of downhole completions systems including plug deployment tools, liner hangers, running tools, flow control, and high-pressure, high-temperature well integrity tools.

5+ years of demonstrated experience executing challenging technology development programs focused on downhole tools from inception to field trials.

• Expertise in creating test fixtures, writing test procedures, and leading the testing process.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers to source and/or refine materials and components.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, materials, metallurgical, or manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent technical expertise).
