Field Service Representative
Sono-Tek Corporation is a high-tech equipment manufacturer that supplies ultrasonic nozzle
coating systems to various markets worldwide including electronics, solar cell, fuel cell, semiconductor and other industries. We are a $15+m public company with over 70 employees. Field Service Representative – Technical Degree or similar 1-3 year work
We are currently seeking a motivated Field Service Representative to join our Service Team.
tasks include traveling to customer locations domestic and international; and training customers on Sono-Tek systems. repairing, and customer support would be primary responsibilities.

The capability to conduct training to small and large groups in all aspects of our equipment
The capability to communicate technical information over the phone in a professional
The capability to communicate technical information via email and documentation.
The capability to travel by air, train and automobile to customer sites efficiently and the capability
to rent a car, including travel overseas. Travel commitments are usually 2 weeks a
month and the position requires 50-65% travel.
Fiscal accountcapability to maintain a credit card and manage expense accounts.

Preferred degree in electrical, mechanical, or chemical or similar technical background. Applicant must have capability to travel.
