• We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Geriatrician to join our team in providing specialized care for older adults. The successful candidate will work within an interdisciplinary team to manage complex medical conditions, optimize patient independence, and improve overall quality of life. This is a part time position to start, but may evolve to full time.

As a Geriatrician, you will:

• Diagnose and manage complex medical, cognitive, and functional issues in elderly patients.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, home care professionals, dietitians and physiotherapists.
• Contribute to clinic initiatives for geriatric care improvement.

MD degree with specialization in Geriatric Medicine.

• Certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) in Geriatric Medicine (or equivalent).
• Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) .
• Experience working in an interdisciplinary healthcare environment is an asset.
