For over 25 years, Mercatto is all about great food, genuine hospitality, and bringing people together across our four downtown Toronto locations.
This March 2026, we’re opening Mercatto Centrale in Port Credit and building our opening kitchen team. We’re looking for someone who brings consistency, care, and a genuine interest in Italian-inspired cooking.
Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high-quality standards
Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow your skills through hands-on training
Communicate with the kitchen and dining room team to support smooth service
Support inventory rotation, restocking, and opening/closing duties
Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment
