We source quality local ingredients whenever possible, and deliver in reusable, recyclable and compostable packaging. We offer 10 chef-created meal kit recipes each week, with options for many lifestyles and preferences including vegetarian and vegan. You will be working your shift in an area where the temperature is maintained between 0-10 degrees celsius.
The main activity in this department is the processing of various ingredients and the assembly of various salads, ready to eat items, family size meal kits and simple side kits.
You will be required, based on a timed standard, to clean, cut, portion, measure, weigh and package a variety of vegetables, cheeses, sauces and other various ingredients, into their appropriate packaging.
You will be required to breakdown fresh produce using food processing equipment or other provided tools.
You will be required to work in a safe manner and to assist in maintaining a clean, healthy, food-safe production facility.
Previous experience in food manufacturing, warehouse, or high-paced environment preferred.
Comfortable working in a temperature controlled environment. Able to stand on your feet for 8 hour shifts.
