Were hiring a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to handle day-to-day accounting and support office operations. This is a hands-on role suited for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Full-cycle bookkeeping (AP, AR, general ledger)
Payroll processing
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close
Maintain accurate financial records
Basic reporting and administrative support
Coordinate with external accountants
Requirements
Experience in bookkeeping or similar role
Knowledge of accounting fundamentals
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
Proficient in Excel
Strong attention to detail and time management
$20 per hour
