Business Analyst - Support H/F

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support secure access to Electronic Health Records (EHR) by facilitating the onboarding of service providers to integrated digital platforms. This role is critical for the migration to centralized clinical viewing tools, where you will be responsible for validating the legal status of organizations and mapping users to authorized types. You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure that access to sensitive data is governed by strict legal and privacy frameworks

• Professional Foundation: Build foundational experience in a highly regulated, high-visibility digital data environment.
• Governance Experience: Gain specialized expertise in the legal and privacy validation processes that underpin enterprise data infrastructure.
• Stable Engagement: Secure a long-term contract with established onboarding methodologies and clear performance deliverables.

Requirements Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze requirements related to professional sectors, legal structures, and system access.

• Business Modeling: Conduct business, use case, and data flow modeling to ensure solutions align with project phases and organizational standards.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand business problems and document requirements in a way that enables technical solution delivery.
• Monitor progress, resolve administrative bottlenecks, and report regularly to management and project stakeholders.

Privacy Expertise: 3+ years of experience understanding Privacy Principles, including consent, collection, use, disclosure, and the safeguarding of Personal Information.

• Custodial Knowledge: 3+ years of experience with the roles of Information Custodians and authorized agents within a regulated data environment.
• Strong understanding of the Health Care Sector and protocols for accessing Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of information management principles and business functional modeling techniques.
