Draftsperson - Full-time

Join Our Team! We're looking to hire a Home Designer to expand our team!

• Education is equivalent to or greater than architectural technician or post-secondary diploma in architectural technology or construction technology
• 1 - 2 years of experience in the architectural field
• Must have proper training in drafting, designing, estimating, and blueprint reading
• Ability to work co-operatively in a team atmosphere and work independently
• Excellent math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

The Home Designer provides design and estimating services to new and existing customers.

• Develop plans and specifications for new and existing customers or contractors
• Explain the need for and the proper use of materials to the customer
• Visit job sites when required
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, conferences, and trade shows when required

Full time permanent position year-round, with benefits after a successful probation.
