Systems and Network Administrator
Fuze Logistics Services is a next generation 3PL headquartered in Montreal, with offices across North America, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and decades of industry expertise to facilitate the transport of freight globally.

Fuze Logistics Services is seeking a systems and Network Administrator with 2–4 years of experience to support and maintain our multi-site IT infrastructure. This role involves managing cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring network reliability, and supporting users across our different office locations.

Administer and maintain network infrastructure across 7 offices using Cisco Meraki routers and switches
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure uptime across all sites
Manage and support virtual machines hosted with Sherweb and AET Solutions
Maintain and support hybrid identity infrastructure (on-prem Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID)
Administer Microsoft 365 (user accounts, licensing, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
Provide Tier 3 technical support for escalated end-user issues
Manage user access, permissions, and security policies across systems
Document systems, processes, and configurations
Participate in IT projects, including infrastructure improvements, migrations, and deployments
Support and guide team members and IT users by sharing knowledge and best practices
Contribute to user training initiatives and promote effective use of IT systems and tools
Help prioritize tasks and coordinate activities to ensure efficient team operations

2–4 years of experience in systems and/or network administration

• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
• Experience managing Windows Server environments and Active Directory
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Familiarity with hybrid identity environments (Active Directory + Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD)
• Assets

IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA Network+)

Strong communication and user support skills
