We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Controller to oversee our company's financial operations, all financial activities and providing strategic guidance to support the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, managerial skills, and a proven track record of maintaining accurate financial records.
Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal control measures to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Team Management: Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a culture of excellence, professional growth, and ensure efficient operations.
Process Improvement: Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators, and provide insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, pursuing CPA or relevant certification preferred.
Proven experience (2 years) in accounting and financial management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills.
Proficiency in English and Cantonese an asset.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and solid work ethic.
