We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate is positive, motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic retail environment.
Create amazing customer experiences with every interaction
Identify customer needs and recommend the right products and services
Achieve personal and store sales goals
Assist customers with after-sales support and service
Build lasting relationships and customer loyalty
Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
Interest in technology and helping others
Competitive compensation including hourly pay, commission, and bonuses
Retail Sales Associates earn an average of $21/hour
