Personal Support Worker- Full Time (evening shift)
$21.52 per hourParaMed
As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) you will be an integral part of th e home and community care team . Y ou will sup port, encourage and provide independence for patients in their homes and community setting s by assisting with activities of daily living .
The Book Off team will be a regularly scheduled group of PSW who will be deployed to cover patients left without a care provider due to Book Off’s and illnesses. The role will not provide regular scheduled vacation coverage. This could be as early as the evening before or the day of in the morning (by 7am, earlier if possible). If PSW's complete the book offs prior to end of shift they will be assigned additional work.
Direct care rate only
Will work a full shift
Must have a car and be okay with travelling all over Niagara and rural areas
Must be PSW certified (and have experience)
This is a replacement for current position
