Port Saint John
Port Saint John is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our IT team. This role is critical in maintaining securing and optimizing our IT systems and infrastructure ensuring seamless operations and supporting business objectives.

Systems Analysis Design and Implementation
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for new or upgraded systems.
Act as technical expert in system implementations business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Application & ERP Support
Configure test and implement system enhancements and integrations.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Implement security measures to protect systems and data.
Monitor system performance and apply patches and updates as required.
User Support & Training
Provide technical support to end-users and conduct training sessions.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated technical issues.
IT Infrastructure
Oversee IT infrastructure projects and maintenance
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Information Systems Computer Science or related field
2-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role
Strong understanding of system design data flows and business processes
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure
