As the Office Manager you will report into the CSL General Manager and have a direct report.

You will be responsible to oversee the seamless daily operation of the Canadian CSL Team by providing administrative logistical and organizational support to the staff and management teams.

Expert assistance with critical systems project management and tactical support to the commercial and medical teams. Oversee coordination of key internal business meetings and platforms general office operations.

Provide general administrative and support services for the Sales Medical Market Access.
Provide administrative support to the Canadian CSL Leadership team (ex. agendas travel arrangements expense reporting other company logistics)
Coordinate scheduling and calendar management maintenance of filing system and contact database as well as management of content and flow of information to internal stakeholders
Support the Administrative Support Specialist responsible for timely processing of PO/SOW/Agreements for all functions including medical. Assist in the coordination / progress tracking / internal & external communication required for key meetings such as: leadership team operation meetings Town Hall meetings Grants & donations committee Internal and off-site National and Regional meetings
Assist in planning and coordinating office events training sessions and staff meetings.
Co-lead the planning and tactical execution of the National and half-year all employee meetings for Canada.
Along with the Administrative Support Specialist act as a subject matter expert to assist Canadian employees for selected software(s) / system(s) (i.e. Support the monthly reconciliation of our Opex plan.
Manage general office operations including supplies equipment maintenance workspace organization and ongoing improvements
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
Serve as liaison between departments to ensure efficient information flow and troubleshoot challenges
Support onboarding of new staff including workspace setup and administrative orientation.
Responsible for the coordination of Plateau training plans in Canada.
Serve as primary contact for internal and external administrative inquiries.
Bachelors degree in business administration Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
Microsoft Office and strong Excel experience; SAP and Model N experience preferred

2 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles.

  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) and basic accounting or procurement systems.
  • Familiarity with office management software (e.g. SharePoint SAP or QuickBooks).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook); experience with Microsoft Project and Visio preferred. Marketing and Digital experience as well as customer interacting (facing) experience.
  • Expectation is you will be in the office three days a week.
